Deep Boring Machine
The deep boring machine 250 mm diameter is efficiently used both in small series production an in case of bic batches, and may perform the fallowing operations :
- massive boring without core
- massive boring with core (trepanning)
- enlargement
- boring – rolling
The machine can be used the fallowing methods :
- Workpiece is rotating – the tool is feeding
- The part is rotating – the tool is rotating and feeding
- The part is fixed – the tool is rotating and feeding
Depending on requirements, the machine can be equipped with accessories.

- Pneumatic chuck – max diameter 300 mm
- Roller support for workpiece 90 – 180 mm
- Roller support for workpiece 250 – 500 mm
- Closed rest for workpiece 120 – 400 mm
