Competitive and innovating drilling equipment is widely used on our offshore platforms. Delivered in 1976, ” GLORIA ” is the name of the first Romanian jack-up platform; it is still successfully operated for offshore drilling jobs in the Black Sea. At present, other platforms, namely : “ORIZONT”, “PROMETEU”, “FORTUNA”, “ATLAS”, “JUPITER” and “SATURN” are operating in the Romanian offshore continental shelf. The above-mentioned platforms include F-320 DEC drilling rigs electrically driven through Ward Leonard systems.
Based on the client’s request, the onshore option of these rigs may be also delivered.
